Sr Technical Assistant, Manufacturing

Job Summary
Conduct granulation operations, machine settings, cleaning, and in-process checks to achieve weekly plan schedules of at least 90%. Perform challenge tests, troubleshoot issues, and monitor environmental conditions while ensuring strict cGMP and SOP compliance. Manage raw material dispensing, storage, and movement; verify materials against batch records, and oversee PMP and spare parts inventory. Execute line clearance, BMR documentation, and tool cleaning to prevent cross-contamination. Maintain equipment calibration, enforce 5S workplace standards, and ensure full PPE usage and safety protocols. Train junior operators, initiate improvement projects, and coordinate with engineering for maintenance activities.

- Cleaning and storage of Utensils and Production accessories
- Indenting, storage, issuance, usage, and destruction of silica gel
- Prevention of cross contamination during manufacturing
- Execution of necessary documents during cleaning, line clearance and BMR
- Monitoring of Environmental condition
- Equipment PMP activities
- Calibration of weighing balance & instruments
- Training to junior level operators and newly joined persons
- Identification and initiation of improvement projects in manufacturing
- cGMP Compliance in entire manufacturing area
- SOP compliance on all aspects
