Sr Technical Architect - Azure Platform, Monitoring & Observability, Identity Access Management

Job Summary
Lead design, architecture, and governance of cloud-based infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Provide technical leadership for large-scale cloud solutions including migration, hybrid integration, and modernization initiatives. Mentoring for architects, engineers, and support teams; collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment. Drive PoCs, capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and vendor engagements. 24/7 on-call rotation with flexibility to work weekends/public holidays as per shift schedule. Current environment includes Microsoft Azure and VMware Esxi; strong emphasis on IaC and automation, containers/orchestration, CI/CD, and governance/compliance across cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive infrastructure experience
- 5+ years in cloud architecture roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent diploma
