Job Summary
Senior Technical Analyst for Nutrien's SuccessFactors platform on a temporary assignment. Responsibilities include supporting and configuring the global SuccessFactors landscape (Recruitment RC M, RMK, ONB 2.0, Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning); leading system administration tasks to ensure end-user satisfaction, data integrity, and end-to-end functionality; providing technical guidance for HR transformation and platform enhancements; aligning design changes with standardized practices; developing documentation, test scripts, and enabling release management; collaborating with business process leads, SMEs, and support teams; and engaging stakeholders across functions to drive adoption of improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Certification in SuccessFactors modules required
- 5–8 years in IT application design, support, and development
- Experience supporting a SuccessFactors core-hybrid solution
- Subject matter expertise in business processes, solution design, and technology
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical staff
- Experience with data migration between cloud and on-premise
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Testing (unit and UAT)
- Ability to lead stakeholder sessions and drive adoption of enhancements
