Sr Tech, NCMR

Senior Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) Technician will support the manufacturing process by overseeing the nonconforming material process, managing the nonconforming material cage and inventory, and providing training, coaching, and problem-solving to ensure compliance to procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, updating job instructions, coordinating across departments to maintain smooth workflow, participating in projects to improve product quality and manufacturing processes, and driving corrective/preventive actions and lean improvements (Kaizen). Must have strong communication skills, be able to work in cross-functional teams, and operate with minimal supervision. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to analyze and solve technical problems; and capable of contributing to safety and GMP adherence.
