Job Summary
Senior AI/ML Product Manager to own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of AI-powered features for the Job Hunt Engine. Define vision and roadmap for ML-driven matching, ranking, and personalization; work with ML engineers and data scientists to specify data requirements, evaluation frameworks (evals, RAG, agents), and monitoring; lead hypothesis validation, experimentation, and cross-functional execution to improve job discovery and coverage in the U.S. market and beyond. Focus on business results, scalable prototypes, and measurable outcomes; collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to communicate complex ML concepts and drive product impact. Must have 5+ years as a PM in ML/data-intensive domains, strong ML fundamentals, and experience with A/B testing and data-pipeline ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in data-intensive or ML-driven domains
- Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals (NLP, recommendation systems)
- Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features (matching, ranking, personalization)
- Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks (A/B testing, significance) and model monitoring
- Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and processes with ML engineering teams
- Nice to have: experience in Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer roles
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
