Job Summary
Senior Team Leader role responsible for aligning operations with client objectives, developing and guiding a team to meet performance metrics, conducting audits and process improvements, partnering with HR and Workforce Management on staffing and development, and delivering effective communication across stakeholders. Requires root-cause analysis, strong leadership to energize multiple teams, proficiency with Microsoft Project/Outlook/Office, and the ability to operate in a 24x7, international environment. Education includes a required High School Diploma with a Bachelor's degree preferred; background check and drug screen may be required. Notable focus on ethics, customer focus, and driving strategic initiatives while managing resources and talent to achieve company goals.
