Job Summary
Sr. Team Lead in the Detroit/Metro Detroit area responsible for leading quality-focused site teams, training and developing personnel, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring adherence to company and customer guidelines. Duties include directing operations and inspections, training staff to site leadership roles, validating adherence to processes and audits, communicating project changes, reporting non-conformances, troubleshooting process issues, managing material movements with inventory tools, and performing inspector duties as needed. Travel to various sites is required with reliable transportation; strong English communication, basic Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset are essential.
