Job Summary

Contract R&D Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across Abnormal's Engineering teams. You will partner with hiring leaders, Rec-Ops, Talent Marketing, cross-functional partners, and Coordination teams to drive innovative, efficient, and data-driven hiring. You will deliver a quarterly goal of six hires, build pipelines, conduct 15+ phone screens weekly, manage req pipeline submissions, role as a thought partner to hiring leaders for efficient full-cycle recruitment, and maintain high data integrity across tools and systems. You will source effectively in a high-volume environment with significant applicant noise, conduct market research on low-TAM roles, communicate pipeline data to stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative, high-momentum culture with a focus on quality talent for engineering groups.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience hiring top talent at a SaaS or similar organization
  • Deep experience partnering with hiring teams in a consultative manner
  • Fluency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals in high-growth environments
  • Source effectively in a high-volume environment with significant applicant noise
  • Conduct market research on low-TAM roles and escalate findings rather than running ineffective courtesy outreach
  • Demonstrate understanding of internal org structure and related dependencies
  • Ability to communicate pipeline data and information to hiring partners at a regular cadence
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience across targeted talent communities
  • Remote work experience and ability to work with distributed teams
  • Strong collaboration with hiring leaders, Rec-Ops, Talent Marketing, cross-functional partners
  • Experience with data integrity and ATS hygiene
  • Ability to craft compelling messages to attract top passive talent
  • Knowledge of digital platforms for recruiting and market storytelling
  • Experience with SaaS or similar high-growth tech environments
