Operates with autonomy to design and execute hiring strategy, delivering high-velocity, full-cycle recruitment in a remote, USA-based environment. Highlights include building pipelines, conducting extensive phone screens, running market research on low-TAM roles, maintaining data integrity, and leveraging digital platforms to engage key talent communities while meeting quarterly hiring goals. Requires 8+ years in SaaS or similar, strong stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience hiring top talent at a SaaS or similar organization
- Deep experience partnering with hiring teams in a consultative manner
