Job Summary
Facilitate engaging, learner-centered instructor-led, virtual, cohort-based, and peer learning experiences while leading the end-to-end deployment of enterprise learning programs. Design workshops that define measurable performance outcomes and partner with Instructional Designers to develop eLearning, videos, and simulations. Implement measurement strategies to evaluate learner experience, knowledge acquisition, and behavior change, analyzing data to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Mentor facilitators to uphold Virgin Voyages' standards and ensure all digital and live learning experiences accurately reflect business processes and brand guidelines. Work in a hybrid environment at VVHQ in Plantation, FL, with in-person collaboration days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR, leadership, or talent development
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end development initiatives for defined employee groups (e.g., managers, emerging leaders, or new hires)
- Experience designing and facilitating engaging workshops for all levels from individual contributors to senior leaders
- Experience leveraging digital platforms through LMS and third party platforms (like LinkedIn Learning or similar) to build structured development pathways
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, performance-based learning models, and behavior change principles, with practical application in workshop design
- Working knowledge of change management principles as applied to learning and development initiatives
- Proficiency across multiple learning modalities — instructor-led (virtual and in-person), cohort-based, and blended — with the ability to build in reinforcement beyond the initial session
- Ability to create psychologically safe, inclusive learning environments that maximize participation, discussion, practice, and application
- Ability to define and measure program impact
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to facilitate discussions confidently across all levels of leadership, up to and including senior leaders
- Able to travel as needed to facilitate on ships or corporate initiatives
