Job Summary
Partner with practice, operational, and clinical leaders to define role outcomes, success factors, and hiring approaches through intake and strategy conversations. Act as a consultative advisor guiding leaders toward data-informed decisions on offer strategy, total rewards, and closing approaches for hard-to-fill roles. Provide insights on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive practices to advise on market-aligned compensation expectations. Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding while building long-term relationships with passive and future-ready talent. Use recruiting metrics and analytics to diagnose challenges, inform talent strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement of acquisition processes. Coach hiring leaders on interview best practices and selection quality to ensure shared accountability for hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on strategic recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Or experience in lieu of education
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leaders in a consultative capacity
- Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and recruitment best practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nursing, allied health, or medical technology
- Familiarity with healthcare education pipelines and accreditation standards
- Experience supporting leaders in complex or high‐volume environments
- SHRM, HRCI, or similar professional certification
