Job Summary
Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for assigned hiring teams, partnering closely to develop strategies, identify top talent, and fill critical roles while maintaining high quality and candidate experience. Leverage AI-driven insights and GPTs throughout the process, from intake preparation and sourcing to interview planning and communications. Execute sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and facilitate structured interview processes to ensure fair, consistent evaluations. Stay informed on talent market trends to advise hiring managers and contribute ideas that improve recruiting processes and efficiency. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely engagement and ensure all activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and successfully fill technical and business roles
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and interviewing skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive talent in a variety of methods
- Experience using AI tools and effective prompting to improve productivity, innovation, or problem solving within recruiting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted working relationships
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment, critical thinking skills, adaptability, and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Candidates who currently hold valid U.S. work authorization that can be transferred to a new employer (such as certain H-1B statuses) may be considered on a case-by-case basis
