Job Summary
Senior-level talent acquisition professional responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles. Supports the Talent Acquisition Manager by developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans aligned with growth objectives, driving candidate experience, and building proactive talent pipelines through academic partnerships, agencies, and industry networks. Utilizes AI and applicant tracking systems to streamline processes, partners with HR Managers and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals, and balances multiple projects with a focus on timely delivery and quality candidate interactions. Supports employer branding initiatives across channels (LinkedIn, industry events, storytelling) and contributes to data-driven improvements through metrics analysis. Strong emphasis on relationship management, confidentiality, adaptability, and delivering a high-standard candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing experience
- 3+ years of experience in construction Talent Acquisition (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; able to learn applicant tracking systems and related HRIS tools
- Understanding of employment-related state and federal laws, regulations, and best practices (AAP, EEO)
- Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects
- Experience using AI tools and modern recruiting technologies and analytics
