Job Summary
Manage 3–5 active IT roles while delivering relevant candidate submissions within 48 hours and achieving a minimum of 2+ placements per month. Build and engage talent pipelines proactively rather than relying solely on job boards, leveraging AI tools for sourcing, screening, communication, and efficiency. Operate independently with no supervision while working with targets and performance metrics, utilizing strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and through passive outreach. This contract position requires 8+ years of IT recruitment experience, including 5+ years in contract or client hiring, with a focus on maximizing earning potential through performance-based incentives and placement accelerators.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT recruitment experience
- 5+ years of contract hiring or client hiring
- Strong sourcing skills
