Job Summary
Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for recruiting across technical and operations roles (Field/Project Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents/Team Leads, Administrative and Support personnel, Supply, Safety, Project Managers, etc.) and serving as the first point of contact for potential team members. duties include pre-screening resumes, posting job openings, leveraging Workday and diverse sourcing channels, partnering with managers to develop descriptions and strategies to increase applicant activity, guiding offers and counteroffers, and maintaining candidate status throughout the recruiting process; role is onsite at the Westerville corporate office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- 7+ years of professional services-related recruiting experience
- Knowledge of staffing systems and tools
- Experience with Workday (preferred)
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and executives
- Understanding of employment laws and compliant recruiting practices
