Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across the Go-to-Market organization, including Sales, as a trusted recruiting advisor. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding, while developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical GTM roles. Design structured interview processes, facilitate calibration discussions, and coach teams on recruiting best practices and inclusive hiring. Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and HR Business Partners to support successful hiring outcomes, using metrics to monitor pipeline health and hiring progress. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market hiring in a technology or SaaS organization
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and related GTM functions
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and sound judgment
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions
- Experience using recruiting metrics to monitor progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to creating an inclusive hiring experience for candidates and interview teams
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and a willingness to leverage new tools to improve recruiting effectiveness
