Job Summary
Senior Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on Japan integration and APAC TA leadership: serves as the primary TA partner to Japan business stakeholders, manages vendor relationships and PSL governance, leads APAC TA projects (policy harmonization, process standardization, employer branding), designs and oversees Asia Early Talent Programs (ELP, FLP) and China Campus recruitment, acts as regional TA technology and BI lead (ATS/CRM, analytics dashboards), and oversees TA cost tracking and payment processes across Japan, China, HMT, SEA, and Australia. Qualifications include multi-market TA operations, campus recruitment at scale, cross-border program management, and proficiency with leading TA platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba) with strong English communication and preferred Mandarin/Japanese language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- 5+ years in a multinational company environment handling APAC markets
- Program Management experience with cross-border projects, early talent programs, and campus recruitment at scale
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management experience with PSL governance and vendor compliance
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS platforms and TA analytics
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights; financial acumen in recruitment budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional Asian language skills (Japanese, Mandarin) are a strong advantage
