Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruiting processes including talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and acceptance. Partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that align with complex business needs while ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience through proactive communication. Collaborate with HR and fellow recruiters to share best practices, cultivate qualified candidate pipelines, and coordinate participation in job fairs and targeted events. Work with the Compensation team to maintain up-to-date job evaluations and market analyses, while actively managing relationships with vendors and external agencies. Ensure diverse candidate pools for all open positions and communicate global best practices within organizational networks.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in a related business area
- 4-6 years Experience in talent acquisition (with a preference toward experience as an in-house recruitment role)
- Experience with the management of overall recruitment process from start to finish
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or like tool; Greenhouse preferred
- Must have excellent customer service communication skills which are extended to internal and external clients, employees, and co-workers of diverse backgrounds and levels
- Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines
- Works well with ambiguity
- Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative
- Must possess and exude a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn required business systems
- Demonstrated business acumen
