Job Summary
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned manufacturing business units and plant locations, partnering with HR and Operations to develop proactive hiring strategies for hourly, skilled trades, and critical operations roles. Build talent pipelines for technical trades, military recruiting, and workforce development programs while serving as a trusted advisor to provide labor market insights and interview best practices. Analyze recruiting metrics to report on hiring performance and pipeline health, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support targeted campaigns and community partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or high-volume recruiting
- Experience managing recruiting across multiple business units or locations
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
- Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive hiring decisions
- Proficiency with Workday, Eightfold or other ATS and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
