Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or directly related year-for-year experience
- 2 years of library or related industry experience
- 3 years of customer service experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of organization, operating procedures and policies of the company
- Knowledge of software and ability to demonstrate proficiency in numerous software programs.
- Knowledge of all Integrated Library Systems, specifically acquisitions and authentication
- Knowledge of EDI including EDIFACT and X12
- Technical aptitude to understand file formats, EDI transfers, and record file management
