Job Summary
The Sr. Systems Experience Manager leads the end-to-end frontline hardware system experience across retail stores, focusing on iPad/iPhone mobility to define strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution with store operations, engineering, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing and enhancing a critical frontline system experience, driving cross-functional issue resolution and problem management, communicating progress to leadership, and shaping strategic solutions and architectural direction to support scalable, sustainable system improvements. The role also involves creating and approving technical documentation, and participating in additional duties as assigned by management. Key capabilities include Business Process Improvements, Systems Architecture, UX, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, and Problem Analysis, with a preference for PMP certification and prior iOS hardware program experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Frontline Retail experience or 3 years directly supporting T-Mobile Retail stores (Preferred)
- 2+ years of analysis or systems production support, including Problem Management (Preferred)
- People leadership or business process management Experience of project or program management.
- Experience managing iOS based hardware programs (Preferred)
- Licenses and Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
