Job Summary
Senior Windows-focused IT engineering role responsible for design, engineering, and lifecycle management of the Windows endpoint platform at global scale. Individual contributor leading platform engineering efforts using Intune, SCCM, and co-management, with Windows Autopilot provisioning, PowerShell automation, and Entra ID adoption. Drive secure, reliable endpoint experiences, collaborate with Information Security and Workplace Technology, maintain patch compliance, and continuously improve platform capabilities. Requires at least 3 days in office per week in Bengaluru, India; role emphasizes hands-on engineering, threat-lended reliability, and end-to-end ownership without people management responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 4+ years of experience in Windows platform engineering
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Windows at enterprise scale
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, and co-management
- Strong PowerShell scripting and packaging skills
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and device lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID
- Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
- Experience with patch compliance and enterprise patch management
- Exposure to patch compliance reporting and remediation
- Familiarity with endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
