Job Summary
Senior Radar Systems Engineer within Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) responsible for the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. Will apply advanced technologies to translate customer requirements into radar system software specifications, develop models and simulations, conduct system verification, and support certification activities. Will interact with internal/external customers and government partners, provide CI/CD tooling direction, automate repeatable tasks via scripting, and mentor early career engineers. Located in RMS Camden, NJ area with a focus on radar technology and defense systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree with minimum 5 years' related experience
- High proficiency in C++ or equivalent object-oriented computing language, Matlab, and scripting languages
- Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas: systems engineering, software and system analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test
- Experience working with customers to drive complex technical issues/challenges to closure
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship required.
