Sr. Systems Engineer (M365)

Job Summary
Manage and advance virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure supporting 24/7/365 operations while leading cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Administer Entra/M365 environments, including conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, and hybrid join, alongside VMware, blade systems, and SAN technologies. Oversee Microsoft Windows Server administration, patch management, and support for Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments. Handle virtual desktop infrastructure, enterprise monitoring, and disaster recovery practices within strict configuration management and change control processes. Participate in a rotating on-call shift (1 week every 5 weeks).
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 environment
- Strong experience with Entra/M365, including conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, and hybrid join
- Extensive experience administering VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments
- Experience managing virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms
- Knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies
- Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
