Job Summary
Design and implement Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure in a 100% cloud environment, deploying Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler, and Provisioning Services. Manage and maintain VDI stacks, optimize performance through monitoring and capacity planning, and configure user profiles using FSLogix. Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Linux and Windows platforms, prepare comprehensive test plans, and fix bugs while working within an Agile scrum team. Support operations functions including root cause identification, remediation, and documentation. Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership and communicate project statuses to clients and cross-functional departments. Maintain COTS applications in a cloud-based environment and configure IdAM, Active Directory, and LDAP resources.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
- FS Poly
- Sec+ or better
- 10 years' relevant experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field
- DoDD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)
- Expertise working with Linux platforms and COTS applications in Linux cloud environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
