Job Summary
Lead GEOINT ground initiatives through agile acquisition and readiness events, defining capability roadmaps and prioritizing developer backlogs. Provide subject matter expertise on CONOPS and architecture products, translating requirements into features while assessing schedule and risks. Support readiness and release planning events, leading test and DevOps verification strategies to integrate new systems. Facilitate risk closure with Acquisition Offices and coordinate technical consultations and recommendation briefings. Maintain daily interaction with customers and contractors while adhering to evolving standards throughout the system life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- BS in Engineering, Physics or related Technical degree
- 12 years of experience in Space/Ground Aerospace Systems Engineering
- At least 5 years experience supporting agile acquisition strategy, development and release planning, as well as continuous integration initiatives supporting mission capability releases that enable End to End GEOINT missions
- Understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain
- Strong focus on core systems engineering processes in support of end-to-end mission and services closure
- Strong agile systems engineering background
- Space and ground domain knowledge in customer mission technical capabilities and performance
