Job Summary
Elicit and refine requirements from external customers and mission partners, then schedule work breakdowns to deliverables while documenting artifacts and providing roadmaps for end-to-end data flow implementation. Critically analyze complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create scope from vague customer needs, ensuring a strong understanding of system-to-system connections and SIGINT collection architectures. Work as a key contributor in an agile development environment using Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence, while maintaining TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance
- Ability to form good relationships with customers and mission partners
- Reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users
- Ability to critically think through complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create/maintain scope out of sometimes vague customer requirements
- Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
- Good understanding of data processing capabilities
- Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
- Basic understanding of NiFi, should understand flow file attributes or be able to learn it quickly
- Understanding of SIGINT collection and analysis
- Experience with Military Cryptologic Offices, Tactical Collection Capabilities, Military SIGINT architectures and related data flows
- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience
- A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area)
- A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
- A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
