Job Summary
The Sr. Systems Engineer 1 (Automation) focuses on designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using technologies like UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps. This position requires collaboration with business stakeholders for identifying automation opportunities and provides technical leadership to junior developers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Experience with system administration
- Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures
- Experience transitioning work to operational teams
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation
- Proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator)
- Proven expertise in Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
- Proven expertise in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with strong teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must sit within service territories in IL, MD, PA, DE, DC & NJ
