Job Summary
Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions for IT systems, leveraging tools like UiPath and Power Automate. Provide mentorship and technical leadership while ensuring compliance with governance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with system administration
- Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures
- Experience transitioning work to operational teams.
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator), Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), and PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
- Strong understanding and compliance with preferred technologies, methodologies, standards and policies.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, lifecycle management, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
