Sr. Systems Engineer 1 (Automation)

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
• 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery
• Experience with system administration
• Experience transitioning work to operational teams
• Maintained experience with automation development and implementation
• Proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator), Power Automate, and PowerApps
• Demonstrated competence with business acumen within own discipline or function
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with strong teamwork skills
• Demonstrates ability to influence up down and across
• Demonstrated ability to deliver work aligning to project management principles & framework
• Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Solid understanding of monitoring tools
• Cloud Technologies: Build and maintain knowledge of new technologies or opportunities
• Security Basics: Ability to evaluate a solution against current security requirements
• Scripting & Automation: Able to use PowerShell, Ansible, or another scripting tool

Desired Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, lifecycle management, and exception handling.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Candidate must sit within our service territories in IL, MD, PA, DE, DC & NJ. No relocation will be provided.
