Job Summary
The Sr. Systems Engineer 1 will design and implement automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps, while providing technical leadership and collaboration with business stakeholders. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of IT infrastructure experience, focusing on automation and cloud technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator), Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), and PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
- Experience with system administration
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology (written and verbal)
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
