Job Summary
The Sr. Systems Engineer I position is a senior technical role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps. The role demands collaboration with business stakeholders, technical leadership, documentation, and troubleshooting of automation systems, alongside compliance with governance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with system administration
- Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator), Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Solid understanding of the capabilities of standard monitoring tools.
- Ability to evaluate a solution against current security requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, lifecycle management, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must sit within service territories in IL, MD, PA, DE, DC & NJ.
