Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation developers. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensuring compliance with security standards, and maintaining documentation of processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking.
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with system administration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures.
- Experience transitioning work to operational teams.
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator), Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), and PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
- Demonstrated competence with business acumen within own discipline or function.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with strong teamwork skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, lifecycle management, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
