Job Summary
The Sr. Systems Engineer I position involves leading the design and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions, leveraging technology such as UiPath and Power Automate to optimize complex systems. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to junior developers while ensuring compliance with governance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery or 6-9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with system administration
- Experience transitioning work to operational teams.
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
