The IT Sr Systems Engineer I role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps. The position requires a strong background in IT infrastructure and automation, along with experience mentoring junior developers. Candidates are expected to ensure compliance with security and governance practices while providing technical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design
- Experience with system administration
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation
- Proven expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
