Job Summary
The IT Sr Systems Engineer 1 (Automation) role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps. This senior technical position requires a strong background in IT infrastructure and complex system solutions, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize automation workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, or 6-9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with system administration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures.
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation. Proven expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with strong teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work aligning to project management principles & framework.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, lifecycle management, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP).
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
