Job Summary
The Sr. Systems Engineer I will focus on designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps. This role entails collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, maintaining and optimizing automation workflows, and providing technical leadership to junior developers. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with system administration
- Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures
- Experience transitioning work to operational teams.
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator), Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), and PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with strong teamwork skills.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver work aligning to project management principles & framework.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, lifecycle management, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
