Job Summary
The Sr. Systems Engineer 1 (Automation) role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions while providing technical leadership within a dynamic IT environment. The candidate will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to translate automation opportunities into technical requirements, ensuring compliance with security and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Experience with system administration
- Demonstrated ability to design and document processes & procedures
- Experience transitioning work to operational teams
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation
- Proven expertise in UiPath and Power Automate
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
