Job Summary
As a senior technical role, the IT Sr Systems Engineer I focuses on designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps to enhance IT infrastructure at Exelon. This hybrid position requires collaboration with stakeholders and leading automation initiatives while ensuring compliance and security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networking
- 4 - 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure design
- Experience with system administration
- Maintained experience with automation development and implementation
- Proven expertise in UiPath including Orchestrator
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology
- Troubleshooting & Monitoring experience
- Cloud Technologies knowledge
- Ability to use PowerShell, Ansible, or another scripting tool
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, lifecycle management, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
