Job Summary
Senior hardware systems engineer leading cross-functional teams to design and integrate electromechanical systems for Logitech’s video conferencing products. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, acoustical, and optical teams to define and optimize the mechanical architecture, ensure thermal management and system compatibility, own system-level integration, facilitate DFM/DFA and design reviews, and, when needed, lead SE for projects. Drive engineering trade-off analyses balancing technical and commercial goals, troubleshoot multidisciplinary challenges throughout the product lifecycle, with 7+ years in electromechanical or mechatronic development and strong CAD/analysis tool proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical, acoustical, or mechatronic system development
- Fluency in CAD (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools (FEA/CFD)
- Strong foundation in material science, thermal management, and structural analysis
- Proven success in product integration, DFM/DFA, and collaboration across technical teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
