Job Summary
Sr. Systems Analyst, IT Production Management role responsible for delivering and maintaining production-critical technology solutions across film/TV production environments. Owns application delivery and ongoing production systems support, ensures alignment with production schedules, governs change and release processes, drives production readiness, and provides clear system health communication. Collaborates with engineering, vendors, product, and productions teams to implement new applications and enhancements, while maintaining secure configuration guides per InfoSec and Studio requirements. Requires strong incident management, root cause analysis, and cross-functional coordination in high-pressure settings. Preferred experience with studio production tools (Scenechronize, Sync on Set, Box, Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in application delivery, production systems support, or IT operations roles
- Proven experience supporting and operating production-critical applications in media, entertainment, or similar environments
- Strong understanding of film/TV production and post-production workflows
- Experience owning incident management, root cause analysis, and support processes
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong execution, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven production environments
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with studio production systems (e.g. Cloud storage platforms, Box, Slack, EP Applications – Scenechronize, Sync on Set, Google Workspace, Airtable)
- Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and frameworks (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
