Job Summary
Senior Analyst to drive operational excellence in healthcare operations, delivering financial and operational analysis, consulting, project management, and reporting across multiple units. Must interpret complex data, identify improvement opportunities, and support senior leaders in operationalizing initiatives to optimize performance. On-site role in Mountain View, CA, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong skills in Excel, SQL, SAS, BI tools (Tableau/Smartsheet), and cross-functional project leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a role with related responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS)
- Ability to independently develop and support operational reporting tools (e.g., BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with leading and managing cross-functional projects, including project plans and timelines
- Experience with Lean/TPS process improvement methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent)
