Job Summary
Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects across Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and related functions, serving as a subject matter expert for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications while managing project plans, risks, and vendor relationships. Support system configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization, coordinating integrations and troubleshooting complex issues with internal IT and external partners. Maintain system documentation and facilitate change management, training, and adoption activities. This role drives scalable technology solutions that enable continued business growth for the nation's largest car wash company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems analysis supporting enterprise applications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or cloud migration experience
