Job Summary
Triaging, reproducing, and resolving data, workflow, and configuration problems across markets following EHR go-live events. Monitor adoption metrics to drive root-cause resolution and partner with clinical leaders to close rollout gaps in data migration and training. Own the change management process for an eight-state regulatory environment, including impact assessment, testing coordination, and release calendar maintenance. Design SQL-based reports from operational data sources to support compliance and decision-making, validating logic and maintaining a library of reusable assets. Present findings to non-technical stakeholders and draft end-user communications to support adoption. Requires 3+ years of experience with clinical platforms and EHR systems like Core Solutions or Netsmart. Salary range $75,000–$85,000.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a systems/business analyst supporting a clinical or human services platform
- direct experience in IDD, behavioral health (BH), or SMI service settings
- Hands-on experience with at least one EHR/EMR platform (e.g., Core Solutions/CX360, Netsmart, Therap, or similar) in a support, configuration, or analyst capacity
