Job Summary
Sr. Systems Administrator, Operational Technology Systems to support OT platforms (ADMS, OMS, SCADA, AMI) with Tier 2/3 support, trouble-shooting, and root-cause analysis; manage patching, changes, and system maintenance; lead OT software upgrades and cross-functional projects; coordinate testing (including UAT) and educate business stakeholders on OT capabilities; collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure OT/IT integration and grid modernization; requires 5+ years OT/IT infrastructure experience with SCADA or 7+ years total and a degree in computer sciences (Associate or Bachelor’s) with a valid driver's license; based in Ramsey, MN with on-site responsibilities and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer sciences or related field
- Seven or more years of hands-on OT / IT infrastructure work including systems like SCADA
- Five or more years of experience with ADMS or OMS systems
- Three or more years of direct user interaction experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Pre-Employment Requirement: Background check and drug screen
