Job Summary
Support users with advanced hardware and software troubleshooting while managing enterprise Active Directory, Office 365, and Forefront Identity Management environments. Act as the Second Level Liaison between clients and service providers, overseeing platform backups and defining process manuals. Analyze systems to implement improvements that enhance user experience and prevent capacity issues, while participating in rotating on-call schedules for after-hours maintenance. Lead assigned special projects and mentor less-experienced team members. This role requires MCSA certification and 5+ years of experience with Active Directory scripting.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any IT related field or has the equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience with Active Directory and Windows environment
- 5+ years' experience with LAN/WAN environment including routing and security protocols
- 5+ years' experience knowledge of server, network and voice technology solutions
- 5+ years' experience with Active Directory scripting
- Ability to write AD scripts / PowerShell scripts
- MCSA Certification required
- Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
- Ability to walk, bend and lift equipment up to 50 pounds and engage in labor related duties of connecting computer equipment, and climbing up and down stairs and ladders
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL certification preferred
