Job Summary
Develop, maintain, monitor, and support Laboratory Information Management Systems, including Agilent Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry and Agilent Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry instruments. Administer Microsoft MECM Server, Windows OS, VMware, and storage systems, covering tasks such as inventory, patch deployment, workstation image deployment, and troubleshooting. Manage server applications including Microsoft WSUS, IIS, SQL Server, Shavlik Protect/Ivanti, Symantec Backup Exec, and McAfee HBSS. Ensure DISA STIG compliance, process Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) patches, and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures. This onsite role at the Jacksonville Naval Drug Lab requires a Secret clearance and mandatory Comptia Security+ and OS certifications.

- Extensive experience applying DISA STIG settings to Microsoft Server and Application Environment
- VMware Administration
- HBSS Administration

- OS imaging and deployment
- DOD Information Assurance Compliance
- Knowledge of systems administration concepts, principles, methods, and practices for integrating information system components
- Knowledge of performance tuning tools and techniques
- Knowledge of systems diagnostic tools and fault identification techniques
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows 10 Enterprise and Enterprise LTSC)
- Knowledge of other network operating systems environment
- Knowledge of maintaining and operating Enterprise Services such as Active Directory Users and computers
- Knowledge of Group Policy Management
- Knowledge of MECM
- Knowledge of ACAS
- Knowledge of PKI
- Knowledge of DHCP
- Knowledge of Network Monitoring
- Knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) Databases
