Sr System Admin Windows - Skopje, Hybrid

Design and maintain Windows-based infrastructure, administering Active Directory domains, Group Policy, and OU structures. Implement and sustain Windows Server environments alongside Hyper-V and VMware virtualization, while managing DNS, DHCP, IIS, and PKI services. Execute backup and recovery operations using Veeam, perform system monitoring and security hardening, and manage SCCM patching and image deployment. Automate configurations via PowerShell scripting and oversee failover clustering and DFS. Lead projects including Active Directory migrations, Hyper-V cluster creation, and PKI infrastructure transfers. This role supports the company's hybrid operations in Skopje, requiring on-call availability for critical system stability.
