Sr. Survey Project Manager, Geomatics

Lead full lifecycle management of survey projects, ensuring profitability, timeline adherence, and budget accountability. Direct daily activities of field crews and office technicians to meet project milestones and quality standards. Perform a wide range of survey types including boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of-way, transmission line, and construction surveys. Review and approve all deliverables including plats, maps, and legal descriptions while maintaining rigorous quality control. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication on scope, progress, and deliverables. Develop project schedules, define objectives, and allocate resources across concurrent assignments. Requires 8+ years of professional surveying experience, 5+ years with CAD platforms, and 3+ years of direct client-facing project management. Must hold a Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) certification with ability to obtain a NC PLS license within one year.
