Job Summary
Develop structured training programs for new hires and existing DL covering gas line assembly, leak testing, functional testing, and final packing requirements. Establish certification criteria, qualification matrices, and skill matrices while conducting hands-on training, OJT, and skill validation assessments. Monitor DL performance against PAR, quality KPIs, and cycle time targets to identify skill gaps and implement targeted retraining programs. Support production floor adherence to UHP standards, cleanliness, and leak test procedures, driving first-pass yield improvement through training interventions. Initiate continuous improvement programs to enhance training effectiveness and reduce ramp time while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams on process updates and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environment
- Strong experience in UHP Gas Box assembly or similar precision assembly processes
- Strong experience in Leak testing and functional testing
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom practices and quality standards
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Training methodologies is an added advantage
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or workforce development preferred
